Complete NEW carb kit for the GL500 conversion. Retains stock side covers! revolutionary!

This kit fits all years... Get rid of those old crappy carbs! Each carb kit is test run and fitted before we sell them! They are jetted correctly and will wake up the GL500 pushrod beast! This kit tucks the filters up and inside if you prefer to use your side covers. The new tuned induction intake manifolds are made out of 6061 t6 aluminum tig welded in our jigs for a perfect match.

*** Viton o-rings to allow for various fuels
*** Each intake is hand ported and matched to the head.
*** Genuine Mikuni spigot mounts (rubber) for lifetime service.
*** Tuned for the differential length of the exhaust header to equalize back pressure

Each kits comes with the following : 2.. vm34 mikuni carbs ( jetted properly) 1.. 2 into 1 throttle cable that fits your stock throttle housing 2.. custom fabricated intakes ( hand fitted aluminum intakes) 1.. t fitting 1.. fuel line 2.. Kamikaze Moto Air filters ( the good ones!)

We have a few other upgrades that work fantastic wit the VM34 kit. We can bundle together or purchase separately when you need them. All parts are available on the website or direct.
 
 
The new system bolts on in about 20-30 minutes and increases throttle response and adds HP and Torque throughout the rpm range.
The kit Includes the following.
2 new Modified Mikuni 34 mm carbs pre-jetted run and tested adjusted and balanced
2 new tuned length intake manifolds
2 new Mikuni spigot mounts
2 new Lifetime washable oil able 4 ply cotton oval pod filter with clamp
1 new Custom made throttle cable
Installation hardware and new viton o-rings
Fuel line and brass splitter t
All carb kits are test run and synced before shipment.
You will need nothing else to install the system
Raising the main needle to tweak for more mid range and top end
 
Fuel Filter is recommended
