Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy:

  • Non-Acceptable Items: Used or tested items are not accepted.
  • Electrical, carburetor/related parts: Our policy is not to accept returns on electrical, carburetor/related parts; contact customer service for exceptions.
  • Return Request Period: Within 30 days of receiving the part.
  • Restocking Fee: Usually free, but up to 15% restocking fee may apply.
  • Shipping Costs: Customer pays return shipping.
  • RMA Number: Required for returns; otherwise, returns will be refused.

Shortages and Shipping Damage:

  • Carrier Responsibility: Damage or loss during transit is the carrier’s responsibility; contact the carrier to file a claim.
  • Inspection Period: Check shipments immediately; claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
  • Damage Claims: File a claim with the carrier immediately and retain all original shipping materials for examination.
  • International Shipments: Check with your carrier, post office, or Customs if your package is delayed.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you receive a damaged shipment, you will need to contact the carrier. In some cases the carrier will need to come out to your location, and retrieve the damaged product(s). If a shipment is deemed as lost in transit, we will re-ship your order via the original shipping method, to the original shipment destination. Every order is shipped out with delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for misplaced shipments after delivery. If tracking shows that a delivery was made, you will need to contact the carrier for any further assistance.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
