Going fast has never been so easy, say goodbye to hard starting, hesitations and flatspots. These Mikuni carburetors are correctly sized and easily fitted to your Honda XR600 and XR650 air box and intake manifold flange using the silver anodized air-box adapter and engine outlet spigot adapter, both adapters are fitted prior to delivery when purchasing complete kits.
The kit also comes with throttle cables and a 1/4 turn quick action throttle.
There are jets provided that must be changed as well as spares for fine tuning.
Climate, altitude and fuel density from different octane fuels all have varying effects on final fine tuning as does cam, exhaust and cylinder head porting etc. For this reason we have included what we have found to be a range of jets to allow you to tune to most variables.
The TM40-6 comes with a cable choke whilst also in the kit is included the optional knob choke assembly.
You will instantly experience better throttle response, improved acceleration, increased horsepower and torque. In a number of instances Dyno tests have shown improvements of up to and over 25% when fitted to OEM carburetored engines.

Just wanted to give you guys an attaboy.
I bought my bike recently and the previous owner had put an aftermarket (I'm sure off Amazon) carburetor on it. He had taken really good care of the bike and it was in impeccable condition, but the carb was terrible- hard starts, inconsistent idles, wouldn't hold the air/fuel settings or idle settings... all the stuff that you would expect from a cheapo carb. The carb from you guys was a little tricky to fit the airboot on, but I was able to get installed with no issues. The bike fired right up and I didn't have to touch anything- no adjustments were needed at all. The bike runs like new and it starts EVERY time, on the first kick (pretty impressive for a 37 year old bike). I ride with guys younger than my bike, who are all on much newer bikes and they all comment how well my old thumper runs. I tell them that my carb from Speed Moto Co made ALL the difference. It was worth every dollar! Thanks again!
