Fitment Info:

This kit is intended for Yamaha TT600 and XT600 models equipped with non-matching airbox boots measuring:

Left Side (LH): 39.5mm ID
Right Side (RH): 42.5mm ID

Measure the inside diameter of your airbox boots at the cut point before ordering. The blue frame models shown in the reference images commonly use these differing inlet sizes. Certain Belgarda electric start models also use this configuration. Please confirm your frame style and airbox configuration before purchasing. Models with equal-size 39.5mm airbox boots require a different conversion kit.

Installation Notes
Some Belgarda electric start frames require a small amount of material to be removed from the frame down tube so the carburetor can sit upright.
Certain blue frame kick-start models may require minor modification to the plate behind the carburetor for clearance.
Depending on the engine, minor trimming of the intake manifold may be required to clear cylinder fins.

Fuel line is not included. Some motorcycles use a 6mm fuel line and will require an 8mm-to-6mm reducer or an inline fuel filter with stepped fittings. Note: The TM42 is the largest carburetor that fits these frame configurations. The TM40 cannot be installed due to frame clearance limitations.
