VM30 VM32 VM34 Universal Single Pull Throttle Cable & Assembly 950mm length

Our 7/8″ (22 mm) universal throttle assembly is available in black anodized or CNC machined alloy finish. It fits all Mikuni VM and TM non-pump carburetors (especially smaller sizes), with four cable routing positions on the throttle tube to eliminate slack from longer inner wires.

• Throttle body: CNC machined alloy, black anodized
• Housing width: 23 mm
• Protruding tube length: 113 mm (suits 110 mm grips)

Throttle cable: 950 mm long (chrome elbow to elbow), nylon-lined outer housing for reduced friction and heat resistance. Fittings: angled 10 mm upper elbow + 90° lower elbow that threads directly into the carb top for a clean, low-profile look (compatible with 38 mm VM and 28–38 mm TM non-pump carbs).

Note: Direct threading into VM carbs means the carb body must usually be removed to access the needle clip. You can sometimes avoid this by loosening the top lock nut and spinning the lid up the elbow.

Installation & maintenance:

• Lubricate inner wire with light oil (e.g., 3-in-1) or cable lube during install.
• Grease pivot barrels with waterproof grease.
