This Mikuni RS38 carburetor kit is designed for direct installation on GSFS Bandit engines. It will significantly enhance your motorcycle's performance, providing up to a 25% increase in power while ensuring smooth operation without any hesitations or flat spots.

You may soon find that the cost of rebuilding your old, worn OEM carburetors can greatly exceed the price of these new units. Additionally, many rebuilds today often involve the risk of using subpar aftermarket components. Given this situation, if you wish to enjoy riding your motorcycle, it is advisable to retire your OEM carburetors and upgrade to a set of RS carburetors.

For models of Bandits equipped with a throttle position sensor on the OEM carburetors, please note that the engine will not operate with the sensor disconnected. In such cases, it is necessary to acquire a Dyna S ignition system separately, which will eliminate the need for the sensor and provide additional performance benefits.

Before placing an order, it is essential to verify your carburetor spacing and sizes for compatibility, as these kits are not suitable for downdraft engines.

This Mikuni kit features the following center-to-center throttle port spacings for direct fitment to 2000 and later Suzuki GSFS Bandit engines. Please confirm these dimensions prior to ordering:

A= 82mm (spacing between carburetors 1 & 2)
B= 85mm (spacing between carburetors 2 & 3)
C= 82mm (spacing between carburetors 3 & 4)

The total length of the carburetor from front to back is 100mm, replacing your OEM carburetors that measure between 95mm and 100mm. It is available with either a 55mm inlet outside diameter for use with POD filters or velocity stacks, or with fitted sleeves that increase the inlet diameter to 58mm for compatibility with standard air boxes. The outlet diameter at the engine end is 40mm, making the RS34 compatible with your OEM 38mm or 40mm carburetors.

All sleeves are CNC machined, silver anodized, and securely fixed in place using 620 Loctite. These RS carburetors have been re-spaced with new stainless steel throttle and choke shafts, along with plated metal upper and lower support brackets to ensure maximum stability.
