The Mikuni RS36 carburetor kit is engineered for direct, bolt-on installation on most Suzuki GSFS Bandit air/oil-cooled engines (2000 and later variants). This genuine Mikuni RS flatslide setup dramatically revives your bike's performance, delivering up to 25% more power along with crisp, hesitation-free throttle response and zero flat spots—transforming how smoothly and responsively your Bandit rides.

Rebuilding worn OEM carburetors often costs more than these brand-new RS units, and many rebuilds rely on low-quality aftermarket parts that lead to unreliable performance. • Precise throttle port spacing for perfect compatibility: A = 77mm (between carbs 1 & 2) B = 93mm (between carbs 2 & 3) C = 77mm (between carbs 3 & 4)
• Carb body dimensions: 100mm front-to-back (replaces OEM carbs 96–100mm long)
• Engine-side outlet: 42mm (exact match to stock)
• Inlet options:
• 55mm OD for POD filters or velocity stacks
• Fitted CNC-machined, silver-anodized sleeves (secured with 620 Loctite) to 58mm or 62mm for stock airbox fitment
• Pre-installed jetting (optimized for Bandit applications): Pilot Jet: VM28/486-17.5 Needle: 9DZH1 (Spares included for fine-tuning based on altitude, mods, fuel, etc.)

Important: These are not suitable for downdraft engines. Always verify your carb spacing and sizes before ordering.
