Achieving high speeds has never been more accessible. These carburetors have long been the preferred choice for enhancing the performance of Kawasaki KLX 250 and 300 models, delivering significant improvements in power, along with a notably smooth throttle response and overall rideability.
This modification kit includes a silver anodized air-box adapter that is attached to the carburetor, as well as a pilot and main jet that must be installed, accompanied by two additional main jets for wide-open throttle tuning.

However, caution is advised during initial rides, as this modification significantly increases power.
The TM33, when fitted with the sleeve, has an outside diameter of 54mm at the air-box end, a total length of 104.5mm from front to back, and an outside diameter of 40mm at the outlet end. The KLX engine flange socket measures 42mm, and due to the difficulty in creating a reliable sleeve that is 1mm thick with a locator groove, it is necessary to securely tighten the rubber flange onto the carburetor. Always ensure that there is sufficient adjustment in the clamp to achieve proper tension.
