Honda XR650R 2000 to 2008 | TM40 Mikuni carburetor Upgrade | Conversion Kit with Choke

Honda XR650R kit includes a pre-jetted Mikuni TM40-6 pumper carb with installed adapters, and push/pull throttle cables and a throttle assembly.

 Everything you need  to mount this carb to your bike. 

Works great with stock or slightly modified engines

We offer these kits with an on-body choke assembly  or with remote choke setup.  

Aftermarket, larger capacity fuel tanks may require the use of a remote choke.

Carburetor Adaptor Dimensions: 

49mm intake spigot OD, 64mm intake bell OD (both are same as factory sizing)

Note: The adapters for this kit will not fit an XR650L (NC650L, NCS650LB)
