Harley-Davidson Twin Cam EFI Injection to Mikuni HSR45-4 Conversion Kit Twin Cams

Upgrade your Harley Davidson Twin Cam model with this Mikuni Carburetor kit, perfect for those looking to switch from the earlier Magneti Marelli or Delphi throttle cable injection systems to a high-performance carb solution.

While we don’t currently have an instructional video available, you can find plenty of helpful guides on YouTube regarding gas tank preparation and the installation of the Thunder Heart ignition system. These resources can provide you with a clear understanding of what’s involved in the conversion process.

**Kit Components Include:**
- Mikuni HSR Total Kit 45-4, suitable for 1999 and later Harley Davidson Twin Cam 96cui Big Twin Models using standard width manifolds. This complete kit ensures you achieve optimal performance gains and power. It features everything required for a total installation, including a Mikuni HSR 45mm carburetor, a new performance manifold, a rubber flange, a 3″ wide high-flow K&N filter, a chrome cover, a breather kit, and mounting hardware.

 We also provide an upgraded choke cable, with instructions for connecting your stock throttle cables. Both the air-cleaner and manifold included in this kit will significantly enhance performance compared to Screaming Eagle alternatives.

 Always replace your manifold-to-head o-ring gaskets during the installation of a new manifold. 

- Stainless steel gas tank fittings and Hi-Flow Fuel Petcock. The gas tank adapter and plug sets vary for the earlier Magneti Marelli tanks, which utilize an 18mm plug to block off the no longer needed EFI return port and feature a 3/4″ x 16TPI thread for the petcock fitting.

 These come complete with red washers (Loctite 567 sealant is required). An inline fuel filter should be purchased separately, along with your preferred new fuel line, as the adapter’s inner diameter doesn't accommodate a petcock screen. The same applies to the two Delphi options, with earlier tanks requiring a second 22mm plug and later models needing just the petcock adapter.
